Northern Brain Injury Association case management services combine assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and support for options and services to best meet client and family needs through communication and assistance to access available resources in order to promote maximum independence, and optimal recovery.

- Various Government Program Applications
Case managers assist with housing issues:
- Finding Accommodation
- Rental Applications
- Liaise With BC Housing, Landlords and Realtors
- Case managers assist with recreation/social activities
- Friendships And Relationships
- Personal Safety And The Safety Of Others
- Recreational Activities
Case managers assist with transportation:
